A mentor is when you're working with someone younger than you. It also means being on time to school and everything else. Like work and being nice to people you don’t know kids. Not being mean to other people and helping others out.
Mentoring Projects I have done: This section needs a description of a minimum of two mentoring projects in which I have served and a photo from each. The descriptions should tell when and why the mentoring project was done, describe what was done, my role in the project, and should include information about outcomes from project completion. For the ease of my reader, I should provide an appropriate title each mentoring project as well.

Reflections: This section is used for writing a reflection about my personal growth, or value addd to the community, from mentoring. I may write more reflections if I wish, but each should be numbered. Each reflection should be a paragraph in length (four sentences minimum). It should demonstrate deep thought as to how I predict mentoring will add value to my education.
